The entire experience with Drew, George (and team) and Norm was superlative! Drew met our option needs and competitive pricing. George did great install, super neat and clean. Norm did great follow up and performed over and above service to fix a unique drain issue we had. Truly 5 star work.

Our downstairs air was not hitting set point and we called them to help us. It was the middle of summer and lots of companies were too busy to help us. They were able to get someone out there the same day and get our air working. They were very professional and communicated very well. You won’t be disappointed hiring Performance Heat & Air!!

Oh my goodness! These guys were outstanding! We had just closed on our new home and the previous homeowner hadn't taken care of the repairs as promised. Being new homeowners we knew very little about how this works. We give Tracy an A+ for walking us through the process of having the warranty transferred to us. She told us who to call and even explained how beneficial it would be for us to do it! She was so patient and helpful! We had our complete system replaced by Performance Heat and Air, including all of the ductwork. Our old system was 26 years old and rather than wait for when it quit we decided to go ahead and get it done. We’ve been using these guys for system maintenance for a couple of years so naturally we had them give us a bid along with Baker Brothers. While BB was very professional and kind the pricing was not in the same ballpark. From the start Drew Roden (our usual service tech) was, as always, great to work with. We purchased two Trane systems from Performance Heat and Air in February, and on installation day a team of five guys showed up to complete the install in one day. The new Trane systems are awesome. They are able to quickly and efficiently bring our inside temperature up or down as needed, and our level of comfort has never been higher. Overall, I can say that Performance Heat and Air has did an outstanding job designing and installing these new systems, and has provided good follow up afterwards.
