Kwik Kar Lube & Tune

I want to give the pros of my experience before I shared the reason why I am rating this location 2 stars. I took my car for an oil change 6/28/2025. Pros: the customer service here was excellent. I was greeted by an employee immediately upon arrival and while mt car was being serviced the manager brought to my attention the need for my a/c filter to be changed. The reason I am rating this location 2 stars is because I am currently on the side of the road with a dry engine, absolutely no oil. I do have a slow leak so I am going to assume that whoever changed my oil did not put enough oil. I've changed my own oil enough with my car to know the oil leak I have is not that fast. I usuall…

Wesley Sharp will lean against your vehicle paint with his sweaty arms and hold onto your door with his greasy hands while doing inspection. Two days after my inspection I had a code P0442... My fuel cap was damaged and the seal was compromised. My OBD2 connector was damaged due to cable being yanked out. All testing was done with engine running! Data link connection / disconnection and fuel cap testing should never be done with engine running! Never, ever again. I fixed it myself and got a clean inspection somewhere else!

I recently visited Kwik Kar of Mansfield for a state inspection. I got in and out in no time. The service experience was excellent. I just loved chatting with the gentlemen doing the inspection. He was very personable and a pleasure to talk to. I will definitely be back in the future. Great 👍 customer service.

Kwik Kar is our 'go to' for inspections. They are fast...really fast. You drive into the bay, they plug into your car, do the inspection and within 10 minutes, you are back on the road. Amazing technology and the staff is very personable. I have also taken our older car there and they have done a superb job of making sure it is inspected and road ready. Great place!

I had a great experience getting my vehicle's emissions test done. The gentleman was friendly, efficient, and the process took less than 10 minutes, and I was back on the road with my paperwork in hand. Highly recommend for anyone looking for fast and reliable service!
